Greetings to those who have read and enjoyed The Hero's Dilemma so far. I just wanted to let you all know that I've been working a lot on Chapter 6 of my story lately after not working on it much at all for a very long time. I don't think I'd have waited this long had I known it would be coming this slowly; I keep on thinking of new things I could put into it and I keep going back and changing the wording of this or that. Not that that's anything new for me; I'm extraordinarily perfectionistic and critical of my own work, so it's very, very difficult for me to be satisfied with a work in progress. Furthermore I often have very specific scenes in mind as though I were making a movie and there are particular feelings I want the reader to experience (which are frequently complex), and I'm never sure if I'm successfully creating those scenes and feelings in the reader's mind, so my writing is unfortunately a slow, ardous process most of the time.

I want to thank everyone for their tremendous patience with me; I sometimes am amazed that people continue to be interested in what I write when I take so long on everything. I just hope that the finished product will be satisfying.
